Introduction
Comfortable newly refurbished bright and airy apartment steps away from a lovely park. The apartment of 70m2 on the 2nd floor is close to shops of all descriptions and a few minutes walk to the beautiful old centre of Voorburg. From the main entrance with mailboxes and doorbells stairs will lead you to the 2nd floor. The cozy apartment has a large and bright living room (9.85 x 3.70), a kitchen (3.10 x 1.90), a front bedroom (2.30 x 3.20), a back bedroom (2.20 x 3.10), a bathroom and a separate toilet. They are all grouped around a large central hall (3.40 x 2.30) with an inbuild cabinet. The apartment does also have a balcony and a large storage (3.80 x 4.20) in the basement for bicycles, suitcases and lots of more stuff. Parking on the street in front of the apartment and next to the complex is free.

Renovation and facilities
During the summer of 2016 a thorough renovation took place. The apartment has been done to a high standard throughout with all modern conveniences. Kitchen and bathroom are completely new and the whole apartment is provided with a new central heating system. New plaster and paintwork on the walls and ceilings. The whole apartment is equiped with laminate flooring. All windows have double glazing.
Digital cable tv and wireless internet are available and new smart television (42 inch) is placed in the living room.

Kitchen
The renovated kitchen has brand new equipment  (diswasher, wasmachine, refrigerator, cooker with four burners, a hood and a microwave). A second large refrigerator is located in the basement storage. Balcony at the back side of the apartment is accessible from the kitchen.

Living room
The large sunny living room has a beautiful 'French balcony' on the front side. The room is very light due to big windows at both the front side and the back side. On the front side a nice view into a green park may give you the impression of living in the countryside.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and storage space. The other bedroom has a large wardrobe to store and hang your stuff. Both rooms do have a lot of privacy with a  view into a green park and a green backyard.

Bathroom
The bathroom is new and offers a sink, a good sized shower with glass door and a bathroom cabinet.
